What is your minimum order?
Orders start at 100 kg (four 25 kg cartons). Small lots travel as groupage freight; the price per kg drops from 1 tonne and again for full trucks of around 20 tonnes.
Which delivery terms do you offer?
DAP to your warehouse across Europe by truck, or FCA Giresun if you prefer your own forwarder.
How long does delivery take?

What are the payment terms?
First orders are paid in advance or by letter of credit. Terms for repeat customers are agreed individually.
